Professional Development: Teaching
March 27, 2018 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Join us on 27 March from 4-6pm as Dr. Timothy Laubach will model effective strategies that have been observed to be successful in a science classroom and discuss ways to incorporate these strategies in your own teaching. Dr. Laubach has asked participants take this single question survey prior to the workshop.
Following the workshop, the SAC hopes to hold regular follow-up meetings for those in teaching roles that wish to continue improving their teaching skills!
Dr. Laubach is an associate professor of science education in the Department of Instructional Leadership and Academic Curriculum in the Jeannine Rainbolt College of Education. He teaches undergraduate and graduate level science education courses. His research interests include STEM Education and pre-service and in-service science teacher education.
